How it Works:
Your mortgage will close with one of our top lenders (whoever has the best rate at the time) and you will make your monthly payments to that lender, just as if you applied for a loan with them directly.  The only difference is that with us you'll get a lower rate *.  For more info see how Mortgage Brokers work.

* This has been our experience and the experience of our customers over the past twelve or so years. Legally, we cannot state that in all cases our rates will always be lower than the posted rates of the lenders listed above.  However, every time one of our customers has compared our discounted rates to the retail rates posted by the above banks, we've been lower. Every time.
